Terms of use
Rules for using IGAMING.PLACE: the materials and the rights to them, accounts, messages to the editors, cookies, links to other sites and liability.
1. General
IGAMING.PLACE (igaming.place) is a B2B publication about iGaming: country market research and reviews of online casinos, game providers, platforms, affiliate programs and licences for people who work in the industry. The site offers no gambling, accepts no bets or payments and does not advertise casinos to players.
These terms are the rules for using the site, its materials, accounts and contact form. By using the site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the site. Advertising, partner materials and other kinds of cooperation are arranged by separate agreement.
2. Site materials
We take the information for our reviews and research from public sources — the companies' own sites, official registries, regulators and national statistics. Each page names its sources and the date it was last updated; after that date, companies' terms, bonuses, products and figures may change.
The materials are for information only and are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Check the current information against the primary source before making a business decision.
A casino's place in a country's top is calculated from measured market figures; the editorial score expresses the editors' opinion. Mentioning a company, brand or product is part of a review, not a guarantee of the quality, reliability or availability of its services, nor an invitation to use them.
3. Rights to the materials
The rights to the site's texts, research, rankings, selections and design belong to IGAMING.PLACE unless the page says otherwise. Other companies' names, trademarks, logos and page screenshots belong to their owners: we show them to identify the company and illustrate the review.
You may read the materials, share links to them and quote short excerpts, naming IGAMING.PLACE and linking to the source page.
Without our written permission you may not republish materials in full or in substantial part, copy rankings, tables or compiled information, or collect materials in bulk by automated means — including for your own catalogues, databases or for training neural networks.
4. Account
You can sign up with an e-mail address — confirmed by a code or a link from an e-mail — or with Google or Telegram. The account stores your e-mail and the details you add to your profile yourself, such as your company and position.
You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe and for actions taken through it. If an account is used to break these terms, we may restrict access to it. To delete your account, write to us through the contact form.
5. Messages to the editors
In the “Let's work together” form on the home page only the e-mail is required; your name, company and message are optional. We use this information only to reply to your message and discuss cooperation.
Messages you send to the project's Telegram bot are also saved as a message to the editors and used in the same way.
6. Cookies
The site uses only the cookies without which signing in and protecting forms against forged requests would not work. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on the site.
Your browser also briefly keeps some interface data — for example, which page to return you to after you sign in with a link from an e-mail.
7. Rules of use
When using the site, you may not:
- try to access restricted sections, other people's accounts or data;
- disrupt the site, put excessive load on it or use it to spread malicious code;
- sign up in someone else's name or provide knowingly false information;
- present the site's materials as your own or distort their meaning when quoting them.
8. Links to other sites
The materials link to the sites of companies, regulators and sources, and to the project's Telegram channel. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or availability: once you follow a link, you use that site under its own rules.
9. Liability
We try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date and correct the errors we find, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete and error-free. The site is provided “as is”.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of the site's materials, for interruptions in its operation, or for the content and actions of third-party sites.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A new version is published on this page with the date of the update and applies from the moment it is published; by continuing to use the site, you agree to it.
11. Contact the editors
Send questions about these terms, requests to correct an inaccuracy in a material, rights holders' notices and account requests through the contact form on the home page.
