Entain Partners

Entain Partners is the affiliate program of Entain plc (LSE: ENT), a group operating in 31 territories; the program is run by Entain Operations Limited. Its brands include bwin, partypoker, PartyCasino, Ladbrokes, Coral, Sportingbet, Eurobet, Gioco Digitale, Gamebookers, Vistabet, Foxy Bingo, Gala and CasinoClub, plus BetBoo in Brazil. The program states 10,000+ affiliates, 3+ billion impressions and over €6 million in commissions a month.

The core model is RevShare of up to 35% of the net gaming revenue (NGR) of referred players per calendar month. Under the Global Revenue Share Plan for bwin, partypoker and PartyCasino the percentage is adjusted monthly by the number of first-time depositors (FTDs) in each brand category; a tracker's Primary Brand and revenue in other products (Cross-over Revenue) have separate rates. From the third anniversary of a player's registration the share drops to 15% when the primary product is poker or bingo, 5% for sportsbook or casino, and 5–15% on cross-over revenue. In Colombia and Brazil RevShare on bwin, betboo and Sportingbet players runs for 24 months from the first deposit, in Portugal on bwin.pt for 36 months. A player counts when new to the group, verified and staking at least £10, €10 or $10 from a deposit. CPA is on request from the account manager, and CPA players do not count toward RevShare. Individual terms are set in an insertion order (IO); the program may change the rate with 15 days' notice, for new players only.

RevShare is recorded at the end of each calendar month and paid automatically to the affiliate's bank account within 60 days. A RevShare of £100 or less is carried forward until it exceeds £100; if £100 is not reached in 12 months, it may be voided. A negative RevShare may be carried forward against future earnings until cleared; in Greece a monthly negative amount is written off instead. Payment details must match the registration, and payments may be withheld until identity checks are done (documents within 30 days). If the program ends the agreement at will (1 week's notice), RevShare is paid at the reduced rates for a year; if the affiliate leaves (4 weeks' notice), earnings stop.
