Rewards Affiliates is operated by ITS Limited, a British Virgin Islands company (number 363007). It promotes poker rooms and the Casino Rewards group's casinos, which all run on Apricot software; their games include the Mega Moolah jackpot. It says it pays top affiliates over $50,000 a month; the partnership is lifetime.

The model is chosen on joining. CPA pays a one-time $50 per new player whose first deposit is $100 or more. The Wager Model pays 35% of the game margin on every bet regardless of the outcome, with no royalty or admin deduction, less 35% of gaming taxes and fees: the margin is 3.71% for slots (payout 1.30%), 1.26% for blackjack (0.44%), 0.94% for video poker (0.33%) and 2.57% for other tables (0.90%). Tiered RevShare is counted on players' loss at all casinos less payouts, bonuses and taxes; its 25/30/35% tiers depend on new purchasing players a month, the count resets monthly and the model is for new accounts only. New affiliates can use the «50% For Your First Month» offer once, on the Wager Model and Tiered RevShare only, with the program's approval and strong placement of its casinos; the month is 30 days from the first real player registration. A CPA affiliate sending mostly bonus hoppers may be moved to the Wager Model, and a Wager Model one with bonuses over 500% of the deposit to Tiered RevShare retroactively; a switch between RevShare and the Wager Model needs written consent, though both accounts can be held. A tailored commission is agreed in writing. Webmasters referred directly bring 5% of their Net Commission.

All amounts are in US dollars; a month's commission is sent by the 7th of the next month, with a $200 minimum and smaller sums carried over. A wire transfer takes 3–10 business days with a $30 fee, NETeller, Skrill and Ecocard up to 3 business days, and a casino or poker account is credited instantly. Negative balances are reset every month, chargebacks may be deducted from future earnings and large jackpot wins may get a 30-day rollover period.
