xWays
An xWays symbol reveals a stack of matching symbols — two or three in The Crypt — and the more symbols revealed, the more ways there are to win. Working alongside xNudge and xSplit, it paves the way for big wins.

Game portfolio
Nolimit City's catalogue holds 144 games — slots, typically with dark, satirical themes: San Quentin and Bangkok Hilton prisons, a mental institute in Mental, a factory in Outsourced, a budget flight in Flight Mode, the swamps of Duck Hunters. Releases follow a calendar: Outsourced 2: Balkan Engineering reached partners on 18 August 2026, Duck Hunters 2 on 10 September, Ding Dong Death on 22 September and Gator Hunters 2 on 6 October, while Six Feet Under (out 20 October), Fire In The Hole 4 (17 November), Wasted - Community Service (15 December) and Bowel Of Beelzebub (12 January 2027) open in exclusive early access on Playin first.
The portfolio rests on series — Hunters (Duck Hunters, Gator Hunters), Fire in the Hole, The Crypt, Mental, Outsourced, San Quentin, Tombstone, Das xBoot, Brute Force — and on its own xMechanics, from xWays, xNudge and xSplit to xGod, which can award the max win in an instant, and xCap, which multiplies wins beyond the cap. The max payout is 70,000 times the bet in Fire in the Hole 3 and 66,666 in Mental, while for Tombstone R.I.P the studio names 300,000. Games add cascades, Scatter Wins for eight or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid, position multipliers of up to 8192 in Duck Hunters, tiered free spins and the hold and win Lucky Wagon Spins bonus.
Paid slot features are Nolimit Bonus Buy (bonus entry costs 60 to 1,300 times the bet in Outsourced), Nolimit Booster, xBet, xTra and Side Hustle bets; the Action Spins mode speeds rounds up. Operators integrate the studio's games through Evolution's One Stop Shop platform, and Evolution launched Nolimit City slots in the US in six states at once — Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia — starting with Buffalo Hunter. Affiliates get free embeddable slot demos, game data in JSON and design assets, while on Playin the studio runs free tournaments with leaderboards and shows replays of big wins; Max Win Legend gives a limited-edition poster to the first five players who submit a max win in a new game. The studio is based in Malta, Sweden, India and Romania; Nolimit City Limited is registered in Malta under number C 54001 and holds Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2B/299/2015, issued on 1 August 2018; the studio also holds a Danish Gambling Authority supplier licence and a Swedish Spelinspektionen gaming software licence.

Provider features
The provider's signature mechanics and bonus features: what each one does and in which game to see it.
Infectious xWays
When the symbol revealed by xWays is already elsewhere on the reels, each visible one expands as well, becoming infected and adding more ways to win. The mechanic is best known from Karen Maneater and Infectious 5 xWays, a slot based on it with four bonus modes.
Example: Duck Hunters
xNudge
An xNudge Wild nudges up or down until it fills the entire reel, and every nudge increases its multiplier by +1. When several xNudge Wilds are part of a win, their multipliers are added together.
Example: Brute Force
xBomb
The xBomb Wild explodes with any win, removes adjacent symbols except Bonus symbols and starts a new collapse with a higher win multiplier — by one in the studio's description, by its own value in Fire in the Hole 3.
Example: Fire in the Hole 3
xSplit
An xSplit symbol splits every symbol to its left into two, doubling the ways to win in those rows, and then turns into a wild; Reel xSplit splits an entire reel. In The Border xSplit also splits scatters into Super Scatters that count as two or even four.
Example: Fire in the Hole 2
xHole
When there are no wins or bombs on the grid, xHole activates: it sucks all main reel symbols into a vortex and spits them back out into random positions, split into 2 to 8 and with an attached multiplier, then turns into a wild.
Example: Flight Mode
xGod
By the studio's own account its most potent xMechanic: it can deliver a game's max win in an instant, in the base game or the bonus modes, without help from other features, and in some games it is bought as the God Mode bonus round. xGod debuted in Nine to Five in November 2023; in Outsourced it triggers when the letters M, A, K and S land.
Example: Outsourced
xBet
For an optional extra cost on top of the base bet, xBet increases the chance of entering the bonus modes; the cost and features vary from game to game. In The Crypt it raises the chance of triggering free spins more than five times, while in Fire in the Hole 2, at 250% of the base bet, at least one Bonus symbol is guaranteed on the last inactive row.
Example: The Crypt
xTra
When a round ends, the player may be offered one more spin without resetting the progress: the multipliers of the previous spin are kept and the price depends on them. Games name the purchase their own way: Day 8 Spins in Duck Hunters 2 and Duck Hunters: Happy Hour, Extra Spins in Seamen, Kill Spin in Gator Hunters 2.
Example: Seamen
xPays
Adjacent symbols on the first three reels trigger a re-spin: non-winning symbols vanish and new ones drop in, and the total win is the collected symbols multiplied by their value.
xRIP
For an additional cost it raises the chance of entering the bonus modes, but if the total win is less than the base stake, there is no payout. It is optional in Tombstone RIP and always on in Deadwood RIP.
xZone
An xZone symbol adds +1 to the multiplier of every adjacent regular or Wild symbol, vertically, horizontally and diagonally, and several xZones stack their multipliers on the same symbol. It features in Skate Or Die.
xCap and xBizarre
Mechanics beyond the win cap. When a round's win passes the soft cap, xCap offers a hidden choice that multiplies the cap by up to 10x, first seen in Rock Bottom; xBizarre in Serial offers three 50/50 choices, each correct one doubling the win, up to 4x the initial cap.
xMount
In Little Bighorn the Scalp Wild lands only on the 5-symbol-high reel and activates xMount: all soldier symbols turn into Wilds, and each transformation, similar to xNudge, adds a multiplier to that symbol.
xSize
Certain symbols and features expand the active reel area, increasing the potential for a win, especially when combined with xSplit.
xCluster
A mechanic of the studio's cluster-win games: from the second cluster onwards, each unique symbol cluster raises the win multiplier by +1, so the longer the avalanche chain, the higher the multiplier, as in The Border and DJ Psycho.
xLoot and xGlitch
In Tanked 3: First Blood 2 a moving character picks up symbols of its own colour for payouts and also collects Wilds and features (xLoot); when it can pick up only one symbol, xGlitch may trigger, dropping only feature symbols, and this can repeat 4 to 50 times in a row.
xMental
Unleashes a game's other xMechanics in a single spin; it features in Mental 2.
Nolimit Bonus Buy
A direct purchase of entry into a game's bonus features. The price depends on the slot: from 100 to 500 times the base bet in The Crypt, from 100 to 800 in Brute Force and from 60 to 1,300 in Outsourced.
Example: The Crypt
Nolimit Booster
Buys a specific game feature whose cost is charged from the balance on every spin. In Duck Hunters 2, Bonus Booster at 3 times the base bet guarantees a Bonus symbol on the second reel and Bonus Hunt at 30 times guarantees one on the initial spin and on each avalanche; in Gator Hunters, Super Fire Spins at 400 times the bet guarantee a Super Fire Revolver with five bullets.
Example: Duck Hunters 2
Side Hustle
Bets on predictions within a spin: the player picks an outcome, such as five Fire Frames or a Dead Spin, and is paid if it happens; the cost and payout depend on the probability of the outcome, and several Side Hustles can be combined with each other and with a Nolimit Booster or Nolimit Bonus. In Duck Hunters 2 they are Kill Phil, Kill Gamer, Kill Fanboy, Max Multiplier, Double Bonus and Dead Spin; the feature also appears in Soaked by Seamen and Gator Hunters 2.
Example: Duck Hunters 2
Action Spins
A new optional feature that plays a high volume of base game rounds or multiple bonus rounds at a rapid pace, in HYPER MODE. On Playin it is available only when playing with Playin Coins.
Example: Brute Force
Max Win Legend
A programme for players who hit the max win in the studio's new games, from Catfish Hunters onwards: the first five to submit their replay with the Round ID each receive one of five limited-edition framed posters made for that game. Only real-money wins with a base bet of at least €0.20 count; Nolimit Boosters and Bonus Buys are allowed, God Mode is not.
Nolimit Tournaments and Replays
The studio runs Nolimit Tournaments on Playin, a platform developed by Evolution Gaming Group: entry is free, and players climb leaderboards and compete for real prizes playing with virtual Playin Coins that have no monetary value; 15.6K players entered the previous tournament. Playin also shows a real-time feed of top winners and replays of rounds played for real stakes at partner casinos.
