Caleta was founded by Fabíola Jaeger and Paulo Nova: in 2013 they decided to work on their own project, which after a few months led to the creation of Caleta. Today the studio claims 150+ games, and its catalogue lists 145 titles, mostly slots and video bingo, plus blackjack (Blackjack Royale, Blackjack Beto, Blackjack Prime, Blackjack Joker), crash games (Crash Crash, BetMan Crash and Pipa Crash, Best Crash Game at the BiS Awards 2026), keno, scratchcards, Mine Medal, Halloween Pickem and Atomico Lotto; in 2025 it added the Hi-Lo (Hi-Loaf) and Money Maze (MoneyMaze Beto) categories. The studio names video bingo as its expertise and builds tropicalized content for the Brazilian market.
Its video bingo games return to Extra Balls and themed bonus games, such as Path of Gold and Pot of Gold in Bingo Trevo da Sorte or Monkey Climbing and Crazy Bananas in Banana Bingo, while newer releases add Hold and Win and three jackpot levels (Tiger Bingo), Lucky Picks (Sweet Bingo) and a Buy Feature (Grandpa Bingo). The slots use free spins with retriggers, expanding and sticky wilds, Scatter Pays (Dragon Rising), pick mechanics (Madame Fortune, Crazy Lab), tumbles and a progressive multiplier on a 7x7 cluster grid (Grandma Fortune) and Battle of Giants (Viking Madness). Some themes come out in several genres: Billion Llama as a slot, a scratchcard and a bingo.
For operators Caleta Gaming offers RGS to RGS integration, a Seamless Wallet, a Real-Time Back Office and custom games, and describes its RNG, RGS and games as certified. The studio has announced games going live on bet365 (20 games in Brazil), Betano.bet.br, Superbet.bet.br, Stake.bet.br, Esportes da Sorte, Novibet, Hollywoodbets and BingoPlus in the Philippines, a selection of 50 titles for QTech, an agreement with Light & Wonder, launches on Atlaslive and Uplatform, partnerships with Torrero.com and FashionTV Gaming Group, an exclusive game with Betnacional and releases on Stake Engine and Engine. In December 2024 it called itself the first Brazilian provider with GLI certification for the Brazilian market, and in June 2026 it reported 48 games certified there. Caleta Malta Limited holds Malta Gaming Authority B2B licence MGA/B2B/1006/2023, issued in 2024, and the studio’s licences also include one of the Bahamas.
